2. Engagement and Payment
Project Initiation: A signed agreement and initial deposit (if applicable) are required to commence work.
Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in the selected service plan or project proposal. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Revisions: The number of revisions included will be specified in the plan. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, fees for work completed up to that point will be due. Subscription cancellations are client-managed and non-refundable.
3. Client Responsibilities
Content Provision: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and other materials, in a timely manner.
Feedback: Prompt feedback is essential to keep the project on schedule. Delays in feedback may result in project timeline adjustments.
Approvals: Final approval of designs and deliverables must be provided in writing before project completion.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, clients will own the final designs and materials delivered.
Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Level Up My Service Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
6. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or integrate third-party services (e.g., Canva, Dropbox, hosting platforms). We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of these services. Clients are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of any third-party services utilized.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
